Replicated Party Websites

These websites give your company the opportunity to capture sales from guests who are not able to attend a party, but wish to make a purchase. Integrated links in the E-Vite provide a potential guest the ability to jump directly to the party website where any order placed is credited to the party host. Catalog parties and Virtual parties can also be set up easily!

  • Replicated Websites for a Party– If you have used a replicated website before, then you understand the concept. This website in linked “behind the scenes” to the party, crediting any order placed directly to the party.
  • E-Vites Contain a Clickable Link– When an E-Vite is sent to a guest, you can include a link that will take the guest directly to the party’s website. If a guest cannot attend the party or if it is a virtual/catalog party, then they can still make a purchase.
  • Capture Missed Orders – Other systems don’t give you the opportunity to capture orders from non-attending guests – only Firestorm does!
  • Virtual and Catalog-Only Parties – This unique website allows your company to introduce the concept of virtual parties. Even if no party is held at a physical location, your guests can still go shopping in the convenience of their own home.
  • Orders Credited to the Party – Any order placed through a party website will be automatically credited to the host of the party. These orders count towards party totals as well as host award qualifications.
  • Personal Greeting From the Host – When your guests click the link to go to the party website, they are presented with a greeting from the host
  • Guest List– If your distributor has pre-entered guest information, guests will be presented with a list of people who were invited. All they need to do is select their name from the list and start shopping!
  • New Guests – If your distributor chooses to not pre-enter guest information, the new guest can easily register right on the site.
  • Direct Link to Shopping Cart– The party website provides a direct link to the party shopping cart.
  • Guest Information Auto-Populated– If a guest registers or your distributor pre-enters their information, the guest name and address will be pre-populated in all relevant screens, preventing your distributor from having to re-key this information.

Party Types Management

Firestorm allows your company to define an unlimited number of party types. This can be used to set up special seasonal promotions or any other type of promotion you can imagine. Each party type can have its own unique characteristics as detailed below:

  • Parties, Catalog Parties, and Virtual Parties – Firestorm allows the setup and management of parties at a physical location as well as “Virtual” or “Catalog” parties by using the party websites described below.
  • Shipping Options – Each party type can be configured to ship orders to the host, the distributor, or directly to the guest placing the order. Shipping options can also be combined. If the default shipping option is overridden (you can allow this to happen), an upcharge (drop-ship fee) can be applied to the order.
  • Naming – The system allows you to create descriptive names for each party type to assist your distributors in selecting the correct party type.
  • Availability – You can define when a particular party type will be available to your distributors. Enter a starting date and an ending date and the system will automatically make the party type available at the correct time.
  • Definable Open Periods – You decide how long a party should remain open for ordering once it has been set up. A default time period is defined in Firestorm. (Example: 4 days, 1 week, 1 month etc…) Of course, this time period can be overridden by your administrative personnel when setting up a party for a distributor.
  • Party Websites – You have the option of setting up a special website for a specific party. This website is tailored specifically for a party and allows attendees to order from the party without having to attend.
  • Assignable Host Awards – This feature allows you to have a different host award package for each type of party.
  • Force Close – A party can be force-closed at the end of the open period as defined by the company. This prevents a party from being left open by a distributor.

Party Host Manager

Each host that is recruited by your distributor is entered into the Firestorm system. This allows your distributors to begin building their own database of host contacts that they can reuse in all areas of their web office.

Party Guest Manager

As guests are invited to parties, Firestorm will store their personal contact information as well as their addresses. This information can be entered into the system prior to the E-Vite being sent. If guest information is present, Firestorm will use it to shorten the order entry process when your distributors are keying in orders from a party.

Party Order Fulfillment

Our system provides a stellar set of tools to help in the processing and fulfillment of orders from the party system. The tools are set up to be as flexible as possible to give you complete control over the fulfillment process.

back to party plan page

  • Bulk Mode – Allows all closed, unprocessed parties to be processed at once. All printed output is separated by party for easy processing by warehouse personnel.
  • Single Mode – Allows a single party to be processed for fulfillment.
  • Pick/Pack List – Concise pick lists are printed for warehouse personnel to aid in picking product from warehouse shelves for fulfillment.
  • Host Party Summary – When all product is shipped to a party host, this detailed report is laid out to assist the host in separating product into each guest’s order for easy delivery.
  • Host Order Receipt – The system will separate the host reward order onto a separate page for clear separation from other orders.
  • Guest Order Receipts – Each guest order is printed separately with all relevant party information and contact information for the host and distributor. Each receipt is printed grouped by its shipping destination: host, distributor, or guest.
  • Stages – The fulfillment process is broken down into 3 distinct stages that can be processed sequentially or one stage at a time. As a party moves through each stage, the stage is marked as completed. Finalization of the party occurs at the end of stage 3.
  • Exporting to a 3rd Party Fulfillment Service – Once a party is finalized, all orders for that party are grouped together in a batch. This batch can then be exported to a csv file to be sent to a 3rd party fulfillment service.
  • Selectable Output – Firestorm enables you to control the printed output from the fulfillment process, allowing you to print only those items that are necessary for the way you conduct your business.
  • Reprints – Any order or an entire party can be selected to reprint any document.

Party Host Awards

Host awards are important to the success of any party plan company. To persuade an individual to have a party, a dynamic and robust host awards program is critical. Firestorm addresses this need by having the most configurable host award system in the industry, allowing you to create a “roll your own” host award program without any custom programming! Check out these features and capabilities:
