What is included in the Essential Services Bundle?
This bundle of services is essential to launching your company on our platform, and are included in the Essential Services Bundle at a greatly reduced cost. While these services are not optional, we have reduced the package cost dramatically to help ease the impact of this charge to your company.
Essential Services Include:

This step is performed side by side with you, as our launch team experts assist in all things required to get your system up and running. Our team will interview you and make the required system changes for you, and where necessary train you to make them yourself in the future (if you want to!). We will always be here to assist you.
Essential custom programming
Essential custom programming*
Every system requires some level of custom programming to implement such things as: comp plan specification documentation, custom programming to implement rank advancement requirements, custom programming for special qualifications as required for a commission payout, custom programming for our standard dashboard widgets (to pull data specific to your compensation plan), custom programming as required to compile data for the dashboard, and if necessary special qualifiers for specific commission payments. These basic custom programming items are included in this bundle.
*Please note that there may be additional custom programming required (at an additional cost) for compensation plan payouts or external system integrations that are not included with your system. If your system falls into this category, all programming costs will be provided up-front prior to signing any programming agreement.

When selecting the Maestro platform, our experienced team of web developers and graphic artists will custom design and implement a basic 2-page corporate website to be hosted on the Firestorm® e-commerce platform (additional pages available for an additional fee) and provide branding of the Firestorm® shopping experience (Shopify website development is not included in this service).
Our team will provide branding and graphics for the online enrollment process for all tiers of service (Affiliate, Professional and Maestro), giving you a head-start in a comprehensive look and feel for your web presence.

Credit card plug-ins, pay card plug-ins, 3PL plug ins, communications (Firestorm® email services, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.). If our system already has a plug in available for a specific integration, you will be able to use it for no additional charge.

Once your system setup is completed, we offer online training via Zoom or instructor led classroom training (at our facility). The number of hours of training provided are based on the tier of services selected.

Our support team is here to support you 24/365. During your launch process, you will have unlimited phone support during normal business hours. Once launched, during normal business hours you will interact with our US based support team through our email-based trouble ticket system. As needed, our team may reach out to you via phone or zoom in response to a ticket you submit. (Unlimited phone support during normal business hours is available for an additional cost). After-hours emergency support is provided by an on-call support team member who always carries a cellular device which allows them to perform support remotely and immediately. (Please refer to the SLA in the contract for details).
